The seller kept repeatedly asking for pictures & packaging that I sent multi times. Also made the comment that it didnt look like the same machine and it clearly is. Kept asking for the broken piece which IF was broken during shipping wouldn't it be inside the box?? It wasn't which makes me believe it was broken prior to.
