    sold me 8 dollar tree plates for 10X the price, but I couldn't find the set in my area, so I paid the price. was packed terribly but they made it unbroken, so I guess good enough. she sent 2 boxes and the second shipment was better than the first because I complained about the first. everything eventually came and wasn't broken. I just expected better for 10X the original price.

    Seller sent me a reply with offer on 9/11. The seller himself determined the price and ought to live up to his word and sell at the price that HE/SHE determined correct. I paid, received automated notice 9/12 that the order was being packed. A WEEK later, I received notice of a refund was issued. The seller is without honor; he did not keep his commitment to sell. He under-priced the item, his problem not the buyer's. In business one should eat their errors and learn not to make them again.
