    Del'y a day late not the sellers fault. Meter is great. However, suggest the seller check that the meter is working before shippment. Unit would not turn on and thought maybe no batteries. Batteries chcked and were ok. He put new ones in but the terminals were corroded and unable to make contact. Cleaned them up and it's now working fine. Meter is in great condition and would buy from him again. NMV

The seller did not have the part, and was not aware that it was missing, but without hesitation offered a full refund with free return shipping. With regrets I accepted this offer, and have received notification that the refund is being issued based on the seller's receipt of the returned item.
