Synopsis
Like the young church Peter wrote to centuries ago, Christians today still journey through a world torn by suffering and unbelief. Bringing the apostle's words to life, Edmund P. Clowney shows how Peter--out of his firsthand knowledge as a disciple of Jesus--portrays the meaning of Christ's life for us as we take up our crosses and follow him., The message of Peter's first letter turned the world upside-down for his readers.
