Plusses for me! The diffuser came packaged very well and on time. Initially there appeared to be some delay and it would not get here till Thursday! Prior to purchasing the diffuser, I had ontacted the Seller as I wanted clarification on the refillable bottle. Tim quickly responded almost as soon as I sent my message!
