I had to dismantle the clock and repair the legs. The westminster chime dosen't work. I saw that the wiring of the chime circuit was solder due to possible broken wires. As of now I haven't repaired the chime circuit. Customers should not be misled by sellers, if the product isn't new it should be sold as is in the statement.
