Had not communicated with seller, didn’t have a need to. Order was shipped to my friend and the mug was broken. Item was wrapped in a puppy pee pad and there was a pool noodle cut to fit in box. No bubble wrap, no peanuts, nothing really protecting the ceramic mug from being damaged during shipping. I have contacted the seller twice and have given them over 48 hours to respond and nothing, complete silence
