When I tried to resolve this with the seller, she admitted she used a "little" of the product but said that it was still new and not expired. When I sent her a picture of the bottle with the expiration date, she stopped responding and refused a refund. I had to get Ebay involved to rectify the situation and they sided with me and are issuing me a refund.
