      Total communications breakdown. AND, enclosed with every shipment is contact info whereby any concerns can be immediately dealt with. If this buyer had taken a minute to call, the issue would have been quickly resolved regardless was at fault. (Incidentally, the part casting number -- foolproof identification -- was contained in the listing.)
