Condition of this radiator was thoroughly clean inside and out. No threat of metal shavings getting into engine. Also very well packed. Tanks welded/attached well. Appearance very nice and neat like a new radiator should look. Two cons: both threaded/plugged fittings on each tank leaked slightly after heat cycle. Needed tightening. Attachment bracket on the top and bottom could use more weld. Radiator fit well.
