I will simply recycle it as the price was low and it isn't worth the effort of trying to get a refund. Sometimes things work. Sometimes things work. I refunded you for the order you tried placing with me and therefore the item was not shipped. Regardless, it sounds like you may be trying to use a unifying universal receiver and those receivers will not work with the MK320. You need a regular logitech receiver that doesn't have the universal symbol and then you need to pair that receiver with the keyboard/mouse using the logitech connect non-unifying receiver application.
