No missing or damaged pages, no creases or tears, and no underlining/highlighting of text or writing in the margins. May be very minimal identifying marks on the inside cover. Very minimal wear and tear.

But it was clearly not new, from the mess of the boxing to the scuffs on the figure. Still, overall I'm very happy. It's in good condition, and I think given other listings for the same figure it's worth the cost. If small scuffs don't bother you, and you're not looking to keep the boxes (why?! Why keep the box?!) I'd definitely recommend this seller.
