This is a Thinkpad T60, not a T400, they have very different hardware, with the T60 being quite a bit weaker. Additionally, it is stated that there is a 120 GB SSD installed, yet when running the system it clearly shows it only has a 60 GB Hard Drive. Furthermore, the OS was totally bricked when I received it, and I had to reinstall the operating system entirely to make it work.
