After weeks of no arrival and no response from seller, i had to get ebay involved to get my refund, which happened promptly. I believe i ended up winning a low ball bid and only biddder situation, and afterwards the sellar realized they could part the items out with better success. So this is how seller ended up not losing- except for this feedback. Nobody ships without tracking except scammers. NOT a great seller
