    The unit arrived in perfect condition thanks to an incredible double-box packaging. The unit had expected wear and tear issue. The combo DVD/VCR player/recorder performed as expected except for one thing. A quick call to customer service resolved the issue very quickly (incompatibility of contemporary DVD-RWs with legacy machines). The tech was very helpful. I feel assured that any future warranty issue if any will be handled very well. I highly recommend this seller.
