However the whole experience was let down by the courier who delivered to the incorrect address, stating he had left a card explaining the item had been left with a neighbor! The item, which was of value, was therefore left on a doorstep and only got to us because some kind Samaritan called us having found the name & address to which it should have been delivered to on it!
