About this product
Product Information
"NBA Jam" for the Wii was one of the first video games released as a joint effort between EA Sports and EA Canada. While other games focus on realistic action that makes you feel like you're right there on the court, this game features unbelievable action and videos that might make you feel like you're watching a movie. The Wii "NBA Jam" game features exciting 2-on-2 modes. As with the avatars found in other titles, you'll notice that your characters have exaggerated lower bodies and smaller heads. You can even import the avatar that you use on other titles for playing in this one. It lets you jump two and even three times higher than you could in other editions, which makes slam dunks a breeze. Instead of calling fouls on the moves that you make, you can do almost anything you want to your competition. An elbow to the head or even a deliberate trip won't hurt you.The only things that will get you in trouble are shot clock violations and goaltending. This is when you spend too much time defending the basketball goal instead of taking a shot. If you get the ball and go 24 seconds without taking a shot, it takes it and gives it to your competitor. Make three baskets in a row to unlock the on-fire achievement. This gives you even more control, lets you run at a faster speed, and improves your ability to make baskets. You remain on fire until you make nine baskets total."NBA Jam" for the Wii also comes with two additional games. Classic goes back in time to the titles you played as a kid. After picking and building your team, you play against others in a more traditional setting. Play a full campaign against top teams or opt for the tour setting for shorter games. The Remix version brings in more exciting action camera angles. In Remix, you'll even find boss battles that put you up against professional organizations, like the Los Angeles Lakers, without requiring any cheats. This Nintendo Wii video game title comes stocked with real characters, like LeBron James and Kevin McHale. The further you go and the more points you score, you will have the chance to beat classic players like Larry Bird and Magic Johnson.Regardless of which mode you choose, you can use the Wii remote in several ways. Use the remote, the controller, controller pro, or remote with nunchuck. Adjusting the way you hold the Nintendo remote can help you find unlockables in the game and unlock new players and jam moves to go further. Those moves can even help your team come out on top in the tournament. You can also use the remote to skip the video that plays between games. With both single player and multiplayer gameplay supported, you can beat any team in campaign or another mode on your own or with the help of a friend. As this game is a Wii title, it also works with the Wii U.

- n***9 (4)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe product was solid. Needed a charge but once that was taken care of, all the buttons worked perfectly.
- a***d (3)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseSold me a busted dsi, informed seller, seller tells me the device checked out fine for him.The device hd a clear flaw that would make it unplayable for most. The device would shut down upon pressing down on the back of device. I was able to fix it myself but i’m sure most people aren’t savvy enough to do it themself . i would not advise buying from this seller as the device was falsely advertised in good condition,
