    Shipping was fast & good. Great deal on the coat. Sadly, it reeks to high Heaven with smoke. It's so bad - even the white lining of the coat is tinged yellow with nicotine. I've had it hanging outside for 3 days and I can still smell it from 5 feet away. Thankfully the coat is Washable, so I'll give that a try after airing it out as much as possible. It's so bad .... I don't even want to put it in my washer. What's the point of advertising a "new" coat if it's going to smell like an ashtray??

    I’m dissatisfied with this transaction, which is advertised as NEW IN BOX. Upon inspection of the boots, I noticed clear signs of wear, including skid marks on the heel. Additionally, the boots reek of cigarette smoke. I strongly advise against buying or purchasing from this seller, as they are not honest. I don’t ever purchase used shoes or boots, I like brand spanking new.
