    Flatware as described, fast shipping and a good value. My complaint is in the packaging. Fortunately, all pieces arrived in the package but there was a large hole torn in the envelope. I feel if there had been some bubble wrap or cardboard rubber banded around the flatware, the envelope wouldn't have ripped. I was glad no pieces were lost due to the hole. If I could leave a neutral plus rating I would.
