Back in the day, 1983, had this exact same volume. It was the second volume I'd had on Hatha Yoga. This is a great book, filled with lots of useful information on Yoga. Even met Swami Vishnudevanandaji, in 1986, Yogaville, Virginia. Unfortunately, this volume was stolen from my library. Thus, I bought this volume from you,
