Identical items found have black locking devices for each telescoping section. Pretending you don't know how to use a common item because you meant to order one with other features and don't want to pay return shipping is called fraud. I called eBay. They read the messages you sent. I hope you reach out to me again after you return it and let me know the consequences both for misuse of returns and the feedback extortion you attempted first to get a refund w/o a return (the rep caught that one). That was probably your plan all along.
