I never did get a photo of the "excessive smudges" but I do know all our Studio Tech boxes were/are in excellent condition (store quality) so I'm a bit confused by all of this, especially when you confirmed the product was sealed when you got it. So all very confusing. But I did offer you a partial refund and did send it - please allow me 24 hours at least to issue before complaining it was "never sent." We all have busy lives. Thanks!
