        Advertised as a working printer. Moments after unpacking, and initial set-up the printer made a loud grinding sound followed by an abrupt stop and error message. Seller REFUSES to communicate about this issue. Ignored multiple messages where I offered to send a video of the faulty printer. Refuses to refund my money. I was sold an expensive paperweight. Worst experience on eBay in 24 years.

        As mentioned in our previous communication, our office is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which may have caused a delay in our replies. We have been actively providing troubleshooting steps and have communicated that we are willing to work with you toward a resolution.
