    I received a damaged item that was poorly packed in thin film without bubble wrap or proper protection. It was the most inadequate packaging for a fragile item I’ve ever seen. The seller is not honest—she argued a lot and refused to issue a full refund. She claims it’s not her problem and that I should contact the post office to get my money back, which is strange since I paid both for the item and the shipping directly to her. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the previous reviews, but now I see.

    1. The package went missing for over a 10 days. 2. Claims processed for missing package to USPS by Seller. 3. Package arrived to Buyer and item damaged. 4. The seller offered product purchase refund Seller refused. 5. Stated to Buyer Ebays policies are that Buyer Paid For Shipping and they must file a claim with USPS for the refund . This has been verified 3 times by EBAY.
