The buyer should expect the item to show wear consistent with age and previous use. There is some light foxing throughout this book on the face of pages, which is more noticeable on edges. Pages are otherwise in good overall condition, with none missing, and no folds or tears. Spine is in good condition, with no signs of page spread. Colour plates of illustrations are in good condition, still vibrant and relatively less foxing than other pages, due to them being printed on semi-gloss paper. Dust jacket is in reasonable condition, some discolouration, with a small tear on front at the bottom and a small tear on back at the top. Previous owner has inserted this into protective cover. Cloth binding has faded in general, in spite of the dust jacket. This is more noticeable on the edges, where there is more wear. Label from previous owner inside front cover. Please see full listing and photos before bidding/purchasing.”
