    The seller suggested the cancellation we both agreed. But he never cancelled. I had to dispute and unfortunately I got the option to pay in 3 payments. I got my first payment back and he refuses to mark cancellation on the item and to return the full payments he received from PayPal. Now I have to pay for something I never received and never will. Do not trust this seller!!
