I wanted a full refund. The seller only offered me $5. I was very offended by that because the product I ordered came broken. The disc had a sticker label over it and there was no damage to it and the disc itself looked like someone tried to glue it. If USPS did damage it, then the sticker label would also bee damaged. Claimed item came broken after a few days using DVD. I offered a replacement, but he refused and demanded a refund. It seems clear he was trying to take advantage of the eBay Buyer Protection system.
