Due to the age of the product itself, it is expected but disappointing. The battery does not hold a charge and that leaves the pen useless for me since it doesn’t work and the ink part of the pen dried up possibly years ago. So both functions of the pen do not work. Ultimately I do not blame the seller, for this wasn’t the seller,but more the actual quality of the pen itself. A++ would do business again.
