It seems that FedEx ruined the label and put a wrong label on the box and delivered it to a wrong address in a different state. I was able to receive a refund for the purchase. The seller was working on my behalf to solve the issue, but the receiver apparently cheated the system. Ebay has REFUSED to HELP ME or the BUYER. NO SELLER PROTECTION and NO BUYER PROTECTION. Ebay is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to speak with them about a complex issue such as this one. I may have to go to small claims civil court to resolve this issue. Ebay just refuses to take action.
