Bought a breaker panel and "assumed" it came with a cover. It didn't. They also assumed it did. I contacted them and they IMMEDIATELY offered a full return but I didn't have time to find another. Even though I didn't ask, they CREDITED ME with the cost of a cover. WOW!! EXCELLENT!! A+++
