It was sold as being able to connect with spectrum and having a clear IMEI number when that was actually not the case. This was very frustrating and made me have to go buy another phone. The refund process took a long time but I can say that the person in charge of customer service/answer ebay messages is wonderful and helpful. The phone did look great and free of blemishes. It also had a great battery life.

It said it was unlocked and in good physical condition, but it wasn't. I'm out of the country working, and they only wanted to give me $20 to compensate for the damage and to unlock the device.
