Before the purchase, I cautiously double checked with the seller that the amp has 100v and 230v voltage switch built in then I made a purchase. Then I waited for a week and checked whether it's shipped but it hadn't been shipped yet. And day later the seller come back saying the item description is wrong and it doesn't have the voltage switch. I totally wasted my time and energy - responding time for message was really slow too
