We had a good conversation once I got a message. Customer misunderstood my processing times. This is a custom made item, w/ 3-5 day processing time. Estimated delivery time shown right in the listing. Wasn't even scheduled to ship yet when I got the message! I was shocked to see I received negative feedback for non-delivery before the item was scheduled to ship! I've asked for a review revision.
