    While the item was listed as new, it was definitely New Old Stock. The carburetor body was oxidized and throttle plate had a bit of corrosion. My customer wanted a new carburetor so I eventually purchased one from Piaggio which arrived in excellent and new condition but at twice the price. I will likely list on ebay as NOS.
