I ordered what I thought was a quantity of 200 of US $2 bills ($400 value). I paid $475 for this which included tax and shipment. What I received instead was ten $2 bills ($20 in total). None was Uncirculated /Sequential as this seller falsely advertises. So, I paid $47 for each $2 bills that this fraudulent seller sent me! This is unbelievable. How can ebay allow this? I was expecting much better.
