I received a transformers mickey mouse figure by mistake and even shipped it (which I had to pay for for God knows what reason) to them in their promise that they’d refund me on PayPal (which never happened). They asked me to close the return request and, considering I never dealt with returns before, closed it without knowing I couldn’t reopen it. Communication was terrible as it took entire days to get a response. No nendoroid or refund, tragic.

The seller asked me to send more money for shipping through paypal despite having the item shipped with expedition, it had me suspicious. The seller claims it was an automated message, I took the word. The item never reached customs because apparently the label was in half, and had to be sent back to Japan. Thankfully I got my money back. Very disappointing
