- s***s (1414)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseNot so sure the 'experienced Engineer at our London warehouse' really understands much about electronics as laptop supplied with a generic wrong output voltage charger at 19V. Toughbooks use a 15.6V charger. It may have worked for a while using this but would have eventually damaged it. Seller unable to help so had to purchase the correct one elsewhere before use. Otherwise laptop was fine, as described and performing well.

Based on previous reviews for this seller, this seems to be the case for other buyers who has returned their items and gotten a replacement. I chose to buy from another seller.
