(I am self-employed, I need my car) My car thermostat packed in. I ordered the parts . Message the supplier if possible for next day delivery. I missed their message saying I needed to pay extra for post which I would have gladly paid . I looked at my email it read the parts were posted should arrive next day. Sure enough I received my parcel the next day. Sent the item a few days later as requested, and the package was so well wrapped it was like receiving a birthday or Christmas gift. Seller also made sure to check compatibility with cars specifics on engine, bhp, year, registration etc to make sure that it was 100% correct- happy! Mechanic was very pleased with the part and said it was of good quality. The near 20 year old car runs like NEW so good! And so lucky this part is NEW!

It said they would check vehicle reg to make sure part was correct but never got any info on this so I messaged them twice but had no response, even rang the shop number but it just says message via ebay and they will respond in due course not. Shipping details were the bare minimum with no tracking. Product looks to be as described and should fit ok, but not had chance to fit it yet. I would still recommend seller.
