Works as advertised. Copy what OS you want to the APP folder on your mac HD first. Goto this page to create the correct OS thumb drive: https: support.apple.com/en-us/101578; Make sure you are Connected to the INTERNET - Reboot on thumb drive, selecting the OPTION Key on Boot up; if you get error, that OS is corrupted, then reboot your mac HD; then open your thumb drive goto the contents folder; delete info.plist file; reboot on thumb drive. Works!
