It's well made, heavy, soft, exactly as pictured, arrived incredibly well packaged and unbelievably quickly, great comms from the seller when I had a couple of panics, and I can't recommend this shop highly enough. I got a huge kick watching the FedEx progress from Bhadohi, and I didn't have to pay extra duties when it got to the UK. Amazing 👍🏻

Packaged well and delivery guy carried the heavy rug into the exact room I wanted it. The colours of the rug were a bit different to the photo but in my case it worked out and I loved the colour. Also, don’t forget there might be extra customs duties to pay depending on where you are shipping it to. My only observation is the colours in real life seem different to photo..but having taken my own photo that is how the colours came out..background is moreof a turquoise than blue..but overall very happy!
