The condition of one of the shoes was not evident to me in the pictures as I thought it was simply part of the stuffing in the shoe, but in fact, it is part of the shoe's piping. I am disappointed, but take some accountability for assuming and not asking. The shoes were packaged well, were shipped, and arrived within a week. Based on the piping issue, I would rate the value as okay - not great.
