    Bought this as a replacement for an R7S LED bulb. It sort of works though emits a low level light even when the lamp switch is off.

    Excellent replacement for the old halogen bulbs, good white light with excellent light output. A further advantage is that the floodlight type lead light I use this bulb in now remains cool wheras it used to get too hot to touch unless held by its handle.
