The chairs come equipped with tubing plugs in the back supports and leg ends which may give poor floor protection if the chair is scooted on the floor frequently. Questions to the seller resulted in an incorrect seat height answer, and no answer to the glide question. Assembly was easy until the last two bolts mounting the back, which were very difficult to get started on both chairs.
