My only complaint was that portions of this miniature were broken on arrival. This was pretty much an unavoidable risk. The package was well packed and super secure. They gave me a 20 dollar credit in a future order instead of refunding shipping. When I buy a new item and it comes broken, you have failed in your end of the bargain. I wouldn't pay 50% for a broken model. You received a $20 refund from us. Was it just a credit for future purchases?
