    Absolutely no communication?We advised you when we received the unit, when we ordered parts, when the parts delivery got delayed and when the parts were delivered.We advised of a timeframe.WE STILL HAVE YOUR UNIT AND ARE FIXUNG IT DESPITE THE NEGAVTIVE FEEDBACK!Also, our turnaround time is TYPICALLY within 5 days of receiving the unit.Today marks 2 wks because this unit is not typical.     For some reason, the one I sent in it didn’t work when I got it back, but they refunded my money so I can’t really say much about that the mechanic Shop said they did everything that they know how to do the last issue check was the PCM after replacing a PEM the vehicle started on the first try They replaced the one you repair. I didn’t know what else to do so I sent it to the shop.
