Your return request stated you mistakenly ordered the item—no mention of damage. Now, after it was declined, you claim it arrived “completely damaged.” That’s dishonest and disappointing. We treat all buyers fairly, but we won’t tolerate false claims. Integrity goes both ways, especially from someone who sells here on eBay too.
