I work daily at a barbershop, so I often need a tool like this. In the past, I've used battery-powered; my previous double AA-powered tool has always worked well. I simply wanted to try something "rechargeable". as to save on purchasing disp. batteries. From the first time I turned it on after fully charging, it flat-out won't cut. It continually pulls hair. OUCH. My clients were not happy with me.
