They sent a replacement plexiglass for it, which I was fine with. I own an extensive amount of B2audio gear & I figured the internals would still be good. I STILL DID NOT power up the amp with the bottom missing on its initial service. Amp WAS installed within 30 days of receiving a complete product and it went into protect, wont come out. They refuse my refund!
