    Although the printhead did not have the label which has the "R" value than is part of the install and the reflective plate for ribbon type detection was a Matt finish and needs to be like a mirror. I had to polish the plate with 5000 grit paper to get it to recognize ribbon type and leave the R value same as the head replaced I did get the head to work. BUT it was not plug and play like others I've purchased from eBay. A little disappointed! But the price is great.
