    Seller was initially helpful and shipped the item quickly. Upon delivery I discovered some marks on the dress which weren’t mentioned in the listing. I didn’t get a reply when I raised these despite chasing. It’s quite possible the seller hadn’t realised they were there but I would have expected to be offered a slight refund (or at least a conversation) as I’ve done in the past as a seller under similar circumstances.
